The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with inviting rooms and a pleasant aroma in the hallways. Breakfast included excellent muesli, but staff could improve on replenishing food items quickly. The location made it hassle-free to enjoy local attractions while having a safe environment to return to at the end of the day.

The setting was marvellous, close enough to a residential area. The staff from start to finish were really kind and courteous.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good with automatic pancake maker. My kids loved the welcome message on the TV upon arrival.

Beware of billing surprises. A $25 deposit could lead to unexpected charges.

We loved staying 1 night here. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel television and a writing table. Location: the hotel was near the casino, a residential area, and the beach. They offered us fresh meals, had good choice of options to choose from.

staying here for one night made it super easy to explore parks like Robin Hood Hills, just 2.5 km away, and visit the Southland Casino Racing, only 1.5 km from the hotel, perfect for families wanting a fun weekend outdoors.

good stay but unexpected charges

The king room offered excellent sound insulation, great for a peaceful night. I also appreciated the cleanliness and fresh smell of the room upon arrival.

I was not informed about the $25 deposit, leading to an additional surprise charge of over $150.

The cozy atmosphere and spacious layout made it easy for our family to relax. We loved the central location, being close to attractions like Orpheum Theater, which we enjoyed visiting.

In my wife's opinion, the parking spaces could be better organized for families with larger vehicles.

The indoor swimming pool and cozy leisure room were perfect for winding down after a long day. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could be a bit noisy, but it didn't stop us from having a great stay 😊

The freshly brewed coffee hit just right, and I stumbled upon some great eats at Bourbon Street Steakhouse-Grill nearby! A solid breakfast spread brought a smile and fueled my culinary adventures. The staff could step up their game, but who doesn't love a good cup of joe to start the day?

The room had a bit of a cleanliness hiccup-walls weren't pristine and paint drips were noticeable. Still, the vibe was cozy enough to keep it from being a major bummer.
